Joined in Meteorological Society of Japan 2023 Spring Meeting
Meteorological Society of Japan 2023 Spring Meeting was held on May 20th, 2023 and Dr. Terao participated in its symposium as a panelist.
The theme of symposium was “Multilateral advancements in Asian summer monsoon research.”
Dr. Terao discussed the idea of the global co-observation of AsiaPEX, a new Asian hydroclimate research project, in his presentation “Science of Asian Monsoon and New Advancements of International Collaborative Observation Project.”
After this meeting, We feel that many members aware of the problems of Asian monsoon scientific research which we thought and the importance of climate change researches for helping people reduce risks.
